Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our pool and spa products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase: Original order number or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pool chemicals (Chlorine Tablets, Granules & Liquids, Pool Opening & Closing Chemicals)
- Used water testing products (Hot Tub Water Testing)
- Opened or used filter cartridges (Pool Filter Cartridges, Hot Tub Filters)
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Product details (name and SKU if available)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)
- Wait for approval – Our Philadelphia-based team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (processing time depends on your bank)
- PayPal refunds: 24-48 hours
- You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been issued
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
- We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or wrong product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item with a prepaid return label
