Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pool chemicals (Chlorine Tablets, Granules & Liquids, Pool Opening & Closing Chemicals)
  • Used water testing products (Hot Tub Water Testing)
  • Opened or used filter cartridges (Pool Filter Cartridges, Hot Tub Filters)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email (or use our template below):
  2. Wait for approval – Our Philadelphia-based team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item(s) – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange (see details below).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged/incorrect item, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label
